For orders containing regular/non-pre-sale items, the connector will automatically import the fulfillment details (order status, carrier, order tracking number) from the Mintsoft 3PL (once the order’s status is changed to Dispatched in Mintsoft) into NetSuite and associate them with the relevant sales order.

Inventory with 3PL

Automatic synchronization of available inventory (for all items held by the 3PL) from the Mintsoft 3PL system to NetSuite, at preset intervals. The connector will create an inventory adjustment in NetSuite against the relevant item record(s)

Purchase Orders

Export of new and updated Purchase Orders (ones whose receipt process has not yet started in NetSuite) from NetSuite to the Mintsoft 3PL system, at pre-set intervals

Item Receipts

Automatic synchronization of Item Receipts (Purchase Order Confirmations) from the Mintsoft 3PL to NetSuite (at pre-set intervals)
